Noach (Noah) Torah Study 2 Genesis 6:9–11:32

Background: After the ten generations from Adam to Noah, the world was filled with violence (hamas s# 2555), and Elohim was preparing for judgment. Adam was the father of mankind, Noah would be the father of mankind after the flood because Noah found grace in the eyes of Yahweh. This time was foreshadowed in the second day of creation. Remember, it was one of two days that Elohim did not say was good. This judgment that was to fall on a wicked generation is an example to us of the coming judgment on our generation.
